Step 3- Lets talk...time line, criteria for your special home, your availability

Step 4- The fun begins, we will go tour some homes

Step 5- FALL IN LOVE WITH YOUR SOON TO BE HOME

Step 6- We are going to write an offer on the house

Step 7- That offer gets approved!

Step 8- Hire an inspector

Step 10- Get fully committed to your loan

Step 9- Wait for the appraisal of the house to come back

Step 10- Relax we are almost there....

Step 11- 3 day walk through for your new house that will be closing in 3 DAYS

Step 12- Sign paper work

Step 13- You will be getting your keys, a photo taken, and a gift to congratulate on your new Purchase
